capability building, so your own team can hold change steady without us.
This is not consulting in the traditional sense. It is a quiet, experienced presence alongside leadership during periods of pressure.
What we work towards: alignment that holds under stress, not just in workshops.
A typical month: 1–2 sessions with the sponsoring leader, one with the leadership team, and access between sessions when something shifts. These will be adjusted as needed or at the quarterly review.
Fee: monthly retainer, minimum three months, with scope reviewed quarterly.
